In May 2019 the key challenges that Caitriona Facility and Residents were facing:
- Visitor Entries were manual and a lot of complaints of unapproved visitors in the premises.
- Maintenance Bills were not timely and accessible online to tenants and owners. This leads to delay and inconvenience to residents.
- Service Request records were not transparent to Residents.
- No Escalation mechanism for Pending Service Requests
JLL Facility team explained their requirements to iSociety team and we launched the Application with Mobile App for Residents so that they have access to all details like Visitor, Service Request, Bills, Outstanding right on their mobiles.
